Please read these "Terms and conditions" carefully before using the Backhunter services. By using Backhunter's features and services, you (the users) agree to the terms and conditions of this service.

Introduction

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions:

"Backhunter" (referred to as either "Backhunter", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Backhunter company accessible through Backhunter.com. It is located in Yogyakarta, Indonesia.

"You" (also referred to as "the user") means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Payment and Fees

Backhunter offers users several plans, including a free subscription plan and some paid subscription plans.

The fee for all paid plans is paid at the beginning when registering for users who buy in a lifetime deal and will be billed in the early month for users with monthly subscriptions.

Backhunter uses the Paddle platform as a payment processor.

Cancellation

Users have the right to request a refund if these conditions are met:

1. Only available for the monthly subscription
2. Within 10 days after payment
3. Made lower than 20 searches
4. Have no prior refund requests. Users who have previously made a refund cannot ask for a refund again
5. The refund policy for special sale deals is defined in the respective offerings.

Copyright

Using any material from the Backhunter website for modification, imitation, distribution, and similar purposes without the consent of Backhunter is strictly prohibited.

Trademarks attached to third parties remain the property of the particular parties. Therefore, users who use Backhunter services linked to third parties will also be liable to their Terms and services.

Responsibility

Users are responsible for every use of Backhunter services and features of any kind. The responsibility is included all types of indirect damages, including, without limitation, operating loss, loss of revenue, loss of orders, loss of earnings, loss of data or other information, loss of customers, loss of expected savings, damages to the image or reputation, loss of opportunity related to users activities with Backhunter services.

Account Sharing

The user is not allowed to share the login details with other people and cannot sell login data to anyone.

Any violation of account sharing results in the account being suspended or permanently banned from our services.

Users that Backhunter discovers conducting account sharing will be notified by email for one time. Users who do not send a confirmation email as compliance within 2x24 hours will be banned permanently. After being notified once, an account that still conducts account sharing will be banned without prior notice.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend Your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation, if You breach these Terms and Conditions.

Upon termination, Your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

Changes to These Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right, at Our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms and conditions at any time. If a revision is made, we will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at Our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use Our Service after those revisions become effective, You agree to be bound by the revised terms. If You do not agree to the new terms, in whole or in part, please stop using the website and the Service.
